This two-day entry-level instructor-led training course covers the methodology for designing the Dashboards and Reports, working with collected data efficiently, and provides a guided hands-on experience for each student in their environment.
You will learn how to get started with Stakeholder Dashboard and create Stakeholder Dashboards using Visio stencils to visualize information from different sources. You will also learn how to configure and use Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) OPTIC DL reports, create custom reports and dashboards, schedule report creation, and create custom data queries with visual tools.

- Defining Flex reporting and its features.
- Launching OOTB Flex reports using the OPTIC Operations Cloud User interface.
- Configuring Custom Flex reports using key infrastructure and performance-related KPIs.
- Creating Stakeholder Dashboards using Visio.
